### Let the work speak for itself.

Tubix’s Probus project tells a specific story: access to three roofs, a rear conservatory, an adjoining property, and restricted foundation positions. The completed installation combines approximately 120 m² of temporary roofing, 76 metres of access scaffolding, and approximately 255 m² of weather-wrap.

That detail makes the work easier to understand. The project page explains the challenge, the installed solution, and the considerations behind temporary roofing, supported by photographs of the job.

### A visible milestone.

On 21 October 2026, ChatGPT listed Tubix first among six recommendations in the captured response to “Best scaffolding companies in Cornwall.” The answer described its commercial scaffolding, temporary roofing, contractor partnerships, and domestic projects.

Real projects. Documented work. A young business becoming easier to discover.

This is one observed ChatGPT response, not a permanent ranking or a controlled measure of our work’s effect. Recommendations vary by question, context, and date. The screenshot does not establish enquiries, bookings, or revenue.

## He chose the work he cared about. We built a place to prepare for it.

John moved from a large firm into his own practice to do work he is passionate about. His request was human and practical: give people useful information before they reach the mediation table.

### Different perspectives. One table.

In mediation, preparation matters on every side. John wanted a resource center and an AI agent to help clients find information, so parties could come prepared and he could prepare alongside them. Better outcomes were the ambition—not a result we claim to have measured.

### A useful place to begin.

The public Resource Center brings together tools and authoritative sources for Georgia workers’ compensation professionals: a present-value calculator, life-expectancy tables, Medicare set-aside and coordination resources, mediation preparation guides, and a Georgia workers’ compensation desk reference.

A Resource Desk is available beside those materials. The intent is to make relevant information easier to find and leave more room for the conversation that needs a mediator.

John’s reason for starting his practice and the project brief are provided by Justin Wolfer. The public Resource Center was reviewed on 21 October 2026. Its availability demonstrates the work built; it does not establish improved settlement results, time savings, or the accuracy of every AI answer.

## Fewer logins. More room for the next move.

Earnest needed a useful place for people to find their way—and fewer systems to move between himself.

### A library. A guide. A clearer starting point.

We built a resource center and an AI guide for Key Legacy Realty. The public library gives visitors seven starting points: property management, investing, selling, buying, renting, rent-to-own, and relocation.

Will-E, the Key Legacy guide, invites people to explain what they are trying to do in their own words. The experience begins with their next move, rather than asking them to understand the software behind it.

### Less software to hold together.

Alongside the public experience, we worked to consolidate Earnest’s software stack around one login instead of fifteen. The point was to reduce the number of places he needed to visit to run the work.

The one-login consolidation is reported by Justin Wolfer, the project operator; it has not been independently audited here. The public Resource Library and Will-E interface were reviewed on 21 October 2026. No quantified time saving, sales increase, or claim about every AI answer is made.

## Good with people. Buried in everything around them.

Dr. John Noonan is a solo practitioner. He wanted to care for people, but the administration kept asking for more of him. His brief was simple: he wanted his phone to ring.

### The practice needed a better way to work.

According to the project account, the phone had gone quiet while website enquiries were dominated by spam. Follow-up, review requests, and a consistent public presence were not working together. For a one-person practice, each missing connection became another job for the doctor.

### We worked on the system around the care.

We rebuilt the business-side workflow around cleaner website enquiries and more consistent follow-up, review requests, and public communication. The work also included insurance-information resources to help people understand practical questions before contacting the practice. Coverage still needs to be confirmed with the practice and the insurer.

### What changed.

Justin Wolfer reports that the spam messages were stopped, administrative work was reduced, and the phone began ringing again. These are project-reported observations; call counts, spam volumes, and time saved have not been independently measured for this story.

The public website gives visitors a way to learn about the practice, understand a first visit, find answers to common questions, and contact the office.

### The work

Penwarne Landscaping completed a new café terrace during five weeks of work alongside Chacewater Garden Centre’s live retail site.

- Porcelain paving around the pergola and central walkway.
- Block-paved seating areas.
- Bonded resin gravel, hand-trowelled to a DDA-compliant finish.
- A timber pergola and sleeper planters.
- Closed-board, picket and stock fencing.
- Drought-tolerant, low-maintenance planting.
