1) Who we are

“Whiskey & Website” (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a private website studio providing strategy, design, development, and related services with limited capacity.

2) Applications & acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or decline projects at our discretion to protect quality and capacity.

3) Scope, deliverables, and client responsibilities

Scope

Project scope is defined before work begins. Requests outside agreed scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals
• Ensure accuracy of information supplied
• Respond promptly during active build windows

4) Payment & fees

Fees, payment schedules, and terms are agreed upon before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5) Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered website unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6) No guarantees

We provide services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, rankings, or performance results.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other materially breaches these Terms. Work completed up to termination remains payable.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
