No. A website, workflow, shared knowledge system, or another answer should follow the problem rather than lead it.

What should I share in the form?

Share enough for us to understand the business and the difficult part of the work. Please leave out confidential, financial-account, health, legal, or other sensitive information.

What happens after I submit?

A person reviews what you shared. If a conversation would be useful, we will respond with a sensible next step.
